This Privacy Policy applies to the Pathway Navigator mobile application and related services operated by BenciKovo s.r.o. (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 14 September 2026.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. BenciKovo does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Pathway Navigator does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because Pathway Navigator does not collect personal information through normal use, BenciKovo does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Pathway Navigator does not require user accounts and does not create server-side user profiles.
If route history, selected landmarks, route choices, sorting preferences, navigation progress, or similar functional information is stored locally by the Application on your device, it remains on the device and is not received or retained by BenciKovo on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact BenciKovo outside normal app use, for example by email, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where Pathway Navigator stores route history, landmark preferences, route choices, progress information, or other functional data locally on your device, you can remove that information using available in-app deletion or clear-data controls, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, as applicable.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to BenciKovo outside normal application use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@bencikovo.ink. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. BenciKovo does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Pathway Navigator does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure through BenciKovo systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to BenciKovo, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
BenciKovo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to BenciKovo and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
